Честно скажу, я так сильно не заморачивался.
У меня неуправляемые свитчи и управляемые есть.
Я настроил балансинг. Все летает. Все довольны.
А лучшее враг хорошего. Я остановился на работающем вариан

Это такая штука ... ну короче на тебе ссылку - зайди в форум дай в поиске слово АГРЕГИРОВАН или ТРАНК или БАЛАНСИНГ - ну и почитаешь все там про это понятие.
